While visiting Summerville, my in-laws suggested Chinese Express. We went and tried the buffet. They have a buffet for salads and desserts, which I found unusual for a Chinese restaurant, and 2 others for the Chinese food options with soups and sauces. I am not usually a buffet fan, but this buffet was fun; I found it was a good way to sample the multiple options this restaurant offers
All the food is hot and fresh on the buffet. A very good variety of traditional American-style Chinese food. Their curry chicken is excellent. The General Tso chicken is also good. The only good buffet in Summerville
